User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood honky tonk when there's live music and it's country. The police are waiting nearby to trap good people and ruin their lives, so be careful. I have never had a dwi and don't plan to, so will probably not be going there very often.

Great Food!: If you love great food, then this is the place for you! The service could be a little better and the waitresses could wear a little more clothing but overall it is a great place to spend a Friday night, or any other night as a matter of fact. We go there during the week just to eat dinner. They have the best food around and a great price for it too! At first there were a lot of children in there hanging around but not so many the last few times we have went. I was thinking we come to a place like this to get away from kids and just relax but that wasnt the case there. It is better now and we will continue to go because of the great food!!!

I have never seen anyone there under the age of 17 and I go in there all the time. It is a great place to relax especially when there is a live band. (just don't sit too close to the speakers)

I think you are stretching that one a bit. The cops do not sit and wait outside the club. I am glad that they stop in to make sure all is ok, but they do that at 2 other nearby clubs. The Ranch House has a great staff and very friendly. They have good bands and good music. The drinks are not expensive at all. The only downside is the hours that Sachse makes them close at midnight during the week and 1am on Saturday, but that is the only problem this place has. I love to do there and will keep going back.
