User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOne of the best car buying experiences Iâve ever had! I have been to both Trophy Nissan and Don Davis Nissan and have had not so pleasant experiences with them. Urban Nissan is a smaller dealer compare to those two, so I guess they have to make up for it by offering lower prices and better customer service. I live in Allen and itâs about an hour drive from my house. This place was recommended to me by several of my friends so I finally decided to go and pay them a visit, and Iâm glad I did.
My sales guy was very friendly and I was able negotiate a price much lower than other dealers in this area. If you are not looking for a fancy looking dealership (that makes up for the cost of their decorations and shiny floors by jacking up the prices), you should go check this place out.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSaw a vehicle online one morning and inquired about it. Within the hour I received a reply email from Lauren McDonald wanting me to call or come by to test drive the vehicle. I later called Lauren and explained that I would rather know ahead of time if I even qualified for the vehicle before I came in opposed to wasting time getting my hopes up only to be disappointed. So she directed me to fill out an application online which I did, and even phoned me back twice to let me know the application was received and to ask a couple of questions and then stated she passing it along to her finance department and that she would call me back later. Well needless to say its going on a week (5 days now) and I am still waiting on that phone call. Now to be honest, I came into this with no expectations other than good customer service, since they claim to have so much of it and I would have been less disappointed in receiving a phone call stating that I did not qualify, opposed to none at all. I was upfront and told them that my credit was not the best (but it was not the worst either) and that a down payment was negotiable, and yet they could not even give a potential customer the courtesy of a phone call to let them know anything and that's just disappointing in itself.

great saleman but finance guy lied to me,i bought a
2008 altima ,but finance guy said it was not cerified so nissan could not finance i told him it was ,the web site showed it was certified.
He added an extra 1800 to my loan.
I have contacted them but no answer.
I think finance guys name is michael asher something like that ,watch out for HIM.

No, have not purcharsed a vehicle yet. Was kind of sour on the idea of a new vehicle after that. And no, I am no longer waiting on a phone call, as a matter of fact, I stopped waiting the say I wrote the above. Thanks though and sorry for the late reply.
