I ordered from this florist to send flowers for a birthday. Their delivery was horrendous! They did not set up a definite time frame, they did not call not call back to let us know they wouldn't make it. The next day, I called them and thought we had a delivery set for 2pm. When they weren't there by 3pm I called, and was told the owner was at a meeting and they couldn't deliver until she returned. They did not know what time that would be. We finally picked them up ourselves around 4pm. I received an apology that was lame to say the least, and the owner never called me to apoligize.

I've used this florist many times over the years. They usually do a really good job even with it changing owners. The prices have recently gone up due to the increase in gas costs but overall a good florist for the community.
