User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsDo you "really" want to feel as if Edward Scissorhands was the last person to cut your hair? If so...ask for Jesse...she can make it happen! I am not one to complain, however when a friend's spouse is the one to point out the "chunk" missing in the back of my head...my compliments to none other than Jesse. Do not waste your time...do not waste your money! In all fairness to Tangles Salon, Beth Bell does an awesome job!

I have been going to Tangles for over a year now and have no complaints. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and great people. The last couple visits I've gone to Leah and she has done a fantastic job. She cut and colored both times. I don't know what happend with the last review left but I know I've never had any issues what so ever with Leah. All the girls there are sweethearts and are highly recommended.

I just had my first and LAST appt. at Tangles. It was the single-most horrifying hair experience of my life!!! Leah was the one I had the appt. with and she was totally not qualified for the job. Another lady ended up working on it some to try to fix Leah's mess up. Then she copped an attitude with me! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HAIR!!!!!!
