I am not sure what the service was before, but I hope it is not the same as it is now. Brought a car on 02/08 took it back two weeks later for repairs they said they could not find anything wrong with it. Two weeks same problem again, took it back still could not find the problem they could see it but said nothing was wrong. April had a major issue they repaired it and all of a sudden they know what the problem is to the first issue. Amazing! The service that I was getting was very poor they would answer a question very short as if to say that I was disturbing them. So I took my service elsewhere...

I've been driving the PT cruiser te 07 model, i trade in my 2002 ford Taurus ses in on-it no money with it but you toll me i was approve. but i got a call from you to day again, that i need to com-back in to you office for the third time, that i need a need a co-signer, why i need one... why is it that if the bank need only one thing, the first time for me to be approve why is that a differ bank need somethings else, I' though i was approve by a deffer bank..
the reason I'm righting you this letter an I'm gonging to send it to all friends, family members, church family's, members an the BBB,an others business how was misstated. an been giving the round-a-round thinking i have a car but i don't....
with this car benign over tag price ....over price paying in the interest.. an I'm accepting that :( :( :( :( you would think that at my age 58 yrs of age an because the last 6 or 7 yrs that i have got-ting my self in allot of debt an cards charges now you think that would work in my favor ... "not" now you want me to get a cosigner...
now at lease three people who well a brother a sister an sever friends, but i was thinking about they all younger than me from at lease 6yrs to 15 yrs. so get them to do that dose not make an cents..

Mr. Williams..you are not alone...ever since this dealership changed from Powell Chevrolet to Freedom Chevrolet the customer service has gotten to be poor. I noticed the last time I visited there to have my Chevy serviced. just about all the good Salespeople are gone. In the Service dept there are also new faces. I understand that the new owners are even Texans...they come from New Orleans...or somewhere close to there. Anyway, with the way things are going in the auto industry...I suspect this place will be closing soon..at least it ought to..it wouldn't be a lost to the community...we still have Chuck Fairbanks...in DeSoto and then theres Friendly's on Stemmons and Young Chevrolet on I-30 & Buckner...so we have three good places to shop for a Chevy. or a quality used car.
