   Seeing this doctor will be a waste of your time. He is basically the middle man. Because in any case, he will refer you to a specialist. Save some money, cut out the middle man, and just assume that you need to see a specialist. (Going by his apparent standards)
   On the other side of the equation he does have a professional demeanor and good customer service skills. But so does the cashier at the 7-11 down the street. I would only reccomend seeing this particular doctor if you have the common cold.

   I love this Dr., very approachable & dedicated. Has great knowledge in profession, & makes me feel 100% comfortable w/every appointment & i'm a guy!

   If I could give Dr. Berlando more than 5 stars I would ! Our family has been seeing him for over 15 years. Dr. Berlando is the best General Practice Dr. you will ever find. He is thorough, patient and compassionate. His staff is also the best. They are always helpful and courteous whether in person or on the phone. We can always feel comfortable calling them if we have any questions and if they do not know they ask the Doctor and cheerfully call you back within a reasonable time. The billing is always clear and professional. Insurance issues and referrals to Specialists are always handled in a competent and efficient manner. My kids started seeing him in Junior High and my grown daughter (24) still drives in from Lewisville to see him when she needs a Doctor. You can definitely trust him with your life :)
