    Excellent if not for the ABSOLUTELY RUDE front desk staff; poor managment. AND, called way in advance for a tax quote and sure enough was different at time of checkout, almost $100 different. Paid by my place of business so huge inconvenience to settle bill, AND THEY WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AFTER I'D ASKED THEM TO WAIT. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    The hotel itself; fabulous!!! Lacking a hot tub though. Best night sleep I've had in a while; miss their bed already! Great location, easy walk to West End and free trolley to uptown.

    Awesome night!!!!!!!!!: I had a night of my dreams at the Fairmont Dallas. I wouldnt really say it was the Hotel. I was with the love of my life a week before he deployed and every night with him Im in heaven no matter where I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do have to say I love the Fairmont Dallas to death because I left 2 items there that are very dear to me and I live in Knoxville, TN. I called the Faimont and explained my situation and they were so sweet to me and mailed me my items free.
