I absolutely Love this Clinic couldn't of been happier!!! And honestly i don't know what clinic they are talking about i have been bringing my daughter here since she was born, she is 13months now and have always been greeted well by the front desk girls they are so nice, and the pediatricians are wonderful they answer every question i ask (and trust me i am a first time parent so there has been tons of questions asked ) they answer and are never rude. The longest i have waited was 20 minutes but it was only because i didn't have a appointment. I definitly recommend the Clinic to All parents

I DONT KNOW WHAT OFFICE YOU GUYS ARE TALKING ABOUT, BUT I AM A MOTHER OF THREE AND I GO TO THE I-30 LOCATION, AND THE TIME THAT I HAVE GONE THE STAFF HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY VERY NICE. THE GIRLS IN THE BACK INTERACT VERY WELL WITH THE KIDS, THE PA'S ARE WONDERFUL AND THE DOCTORS ARE GREAT. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERY ONE TAKING THEIR CHILDREN. :)

These physician assistants are ok,it's the actual doctor I have a problem with!He (Dr. Nunez) is very rude, treats you as if you were just another #.He has horrible bedside manner.Talks to you as if you were stupid.Didn't let me finish explaining my childs symptoms, and was talking bad about other pediatricians!The nurses need to lear how to be more professional!They are cold and some what rude.They don't introduce themselves, and don't interact with the kids.They take for ever to return a call!They were using bad language, while talking to each other, while I was waiting in the back with my baby(2mo old @the time).You do wait a very loong time!I sat for hours with a croupy 2 month old!The waiting area is cold and not kid friendly at all.The check ups are horrible!They don't do any developemental assesment, no vision screening, no growth chart nothing!!He basically just steps in the room, looks at the child and says well see you next year!!I asked if that was it, and was told she looks good, what else do you want me to do!They have too many patients!You never see the same person(P.A or Dr).Even if you ask, I did was told sure and don't you know Dr.Nunez stepped in the room!!They need better management.This place is horrible!PLease take your kids somewhere else!
