I am so glad to see that I wasn't the only one dooped by their lies. I was 18 when I bought my first car there a year ago and it has turned into my worst nightmare. I have a leak in my power steering line and supposedly it isn't covered under their services package that I'm paying for. That was only the beginning. I started looking into trading the car in and found out that the car BRAND NEW is only worth $9000 but I still owe over 20 grand!!! I was absolutely taken advantage of by Alex and his little buddy so they could make a quick buck. It makes me wonder how they sleep at night knowing that they are part of the reason the economy is in such a downturn. You don't give loans to people that can't afford them and yet they went out of their way to desperately give this to me. I would have loved for them to be honest and say it wasn't a smart idea but all you can see is stacks of money in their filthy eyes. I live in a p.o.s. apartment and have to take out huge student loans because the majority of my earnings go to this vehicle. Please please please do your research when buying a car and avoid trophy nissan AT ALL COSTS.
I recently went to Trophy to buy another vehicle after I was involved in a total loss as a result of an ice storm. I did not qualify for a loan through trophy so the sales person Alex Pezeshki begins to try and talk me into getting a family member to co-sign the loan. I informed him that I was unable to unless I asked first. He disregarded this statement because he began to run my mothers credit. My mother had more than 15 inquiries on her credit because of Trophy Nissan and the actions of Alex Pezeshki. I immediately contacted Trophy Nissan and told them about this and no one seemed to care. They actually tried to talk me into still doing business with them, it was almost comedic. My mother currently has a pending case with the Attorney Generals office regarding this matter. Trophy has never apologized or shown any accountabilities for their actions. They initially refused to give me back the money I had put down for the vehicle and I had to contact an attorney just to get that back. When I went in to pick it up my check after an entire month they were very rude and acted like they could care less. The Sales people had prison tattoos and looked like it was their first job out. On one occasion when I called to speak with a manager, they refused to put the manager on the phone and Alex Pezeshki(Sales Person) begins to act like he's the manager claiming to be Jerry Smith. Everyone in my office was laughing hystarically. So I go up to the dealership and I speak with Jerry and asked him if he was the person I spoke with the day before and he says "no," I tell him what happened and then he says I'm sorry I will take care of it and begins to act like he is calling Alex and telling him off. Please realize, all of this happened to me, and all I was trying to do was give this dealership an opporutnity to earn my business. WARNING!!!! They will run credit without authorization. This does affect your credit score, they did this to my family and we still don't know how they obtained their personal information. If you look on the BBB website they have a rating of "F"
Awful is not enough to describe them. I was over charged and when I caught them they simply said oops, the parts department people were so bad and unbelievably rude. They will go out of business if they continue their customer thieving and abuse. DONâT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM.

That is unbelievable. I bought my first used car there a year ago from the same guy!!! It is a complete and total bust. He talked me into using my dad to cosign and now I'm struggling to stay a float. They ran my credit so many times just to get a hit and now the payment is unreal. There was a guy "learning the ropes" there with him and he pretended to hit on me and I know it was to make the sale. Sad thing is, I fell for it. I would love nothing more than to see him again just to ask why making other people suffer for a living is something he truely likes to do. I'm glad to see that you got out while you could and I would suggest this to anyone and everyone. Don't even glance at Trophy Nissan because you will pay for it for a very long time.
