Can't beat the ribs!!: I moved to Wills Point 3 years ago and walked or drove by Cowboys for at least a year before deciding to try it one night. In one word.....AWESOME!! The ribs!! I just can't tell you! Stop in here for a great meanl, you won't be sorry, and order the ribs.....

Cowboy's Barbq: This small but cubby hole establishment in Wills Point, TX is a great place to stop after a day on the local lake Tawakoni.

Just what we were looking for!: My husband and I were on a trip back from Corsicana. We took the back roads to have a more pleasant drive. Our GPS guided us through a wonderful tour. We both decided we wanted to try some local barbecue. The 7-up sign caught my eye, and the rest was and incredible find. We ordered food to go. While the food was being prepared, I noticed the collection of hot sauces in the restaurant. This sparked a conversation with the owner and his wife and staff. The owner came out of the kitchen, and we had a delightful conversation comparing his collection and mine at home. We signed the guest book, and were on our way. We unwrapped our sandwices in the car. The brisket was cooked to perfection, and the sausage was delicious! It was just what we were looking for. I am very picky about BBQ sauces, but the balance was perfect.
Truly a hidden treasure.
They have a drive-through, but I didn't notice a menu board. If you know what you want, just ask for it. They will do the rest.
