Thanks for letting me know about your car expericene at friedly chev, I hear you brother.I used to work their and they even screw their own employ.on cars,They need to take a lesson from carl Sewell on how to treat custormers. Won,t buy my cars from anyone else.no wonder we don,t buy american cars anymore.
***WARNING*** DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM CORVETTE WORLD OR FRIENDLY CHEVROLET!!!! I purchased a used Corvette from Terry Malone, the car has had nothing but problems from the beginning. The car has spent more time in the shop than it has been on the road. It has been in the shop for weeks at a time for various problems which still continue until this day. Terry Malone is a slick fast talking car salesman who only wants your money, he is as shady as they get, do not do business with him, buyer beware!!! I tried to speak to Terry Malone and Clint (Used Car Manager) about my problems with the car and they just turned their backs on me and ignored me, this shows their real concern for the customer. I don't want to see anyone go through the hassle, stress, and grief that I have had to go through. ***BUYER BEWARE***
I just got my 2007 Cobalt back that I bought at Friendly Chevrolet a little over a year ago, new. It has 26,000 miles on it and the clutch went out. They would not cover it under the GM Warranty, OR under the $2,250.00 extended warranty the salesman nearly forced us to purchase. I was quoted 1204.00 with tax, and when I got there it was 1758.00 - I had had enough and showed them where they had, in writing, said it would be 1204.00
Does anyone need reminding why GM is barely in business? Their cars suck - 26,000 miles and the clutch just DIES? REALLY? And they said this is "NORMAL." I have owned 4 brand new off the lot GM products and they have all had issues that were simply unrealistic in the time span of my ownership of them.
I'm buying foreign, next time. On and Friendly - if you think this is over. You're WRONG...
