Our bagels are traditional New York style bagels, hearth-baked fresh daily. We boil our bagels until the dough is soft, then seed and prepare each bagel by hand. This hand-baking process creates our uniquely shaped bagels, unlike factory-made bagels. Our bagels contain no additives and are cholesterol free and extremely low in fat - great for an energy boost in the morning. Don't know what to get? Ask our regulars! Some favorites include our honey almond apricot bagel as well as the "everything" bagel with Pacific salmon - our take on traditional bagels and lox. Try them with our homemade coffee or a glass of our freshly squeezed orange juice.
