Just spoke witha Mr. Moses in the service department. It was a little early for a rude attitude. It was my fault I called a honda dealer and needed gmc dealer. My mistake I brought my car from them years ago. Didn't know that they didn't service GMC anymore.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsJeff Cole at Freeman Honda took very good care of us and we highly recommend him. USAA gave us a good base price for the car we wanted in a "pricing certificate" which they e-mailed to Freeman. Freeman honored this price. No one at Freeman tried to sell us anything extra, and the options we actually wanted added to the car were quickly installed. At Freeman, there were no outrageous $599 "tire exam warranty", mysterious $599 "ultimate premium protection package", or mysterious $599 "Honda protection package" added (one or more of these things were dealer options added to many of the cars at Vandergriff Honda we looked at). We had a nice, easy, and super fast car buying experience at Freeman Honda. We would definitely recommend Jeff Cole and Freeman Honda to all USAA members.

Jana O - I'm so glad you wrote. Jeff Cole sold my nephew his Accord in 2003 and he said Jeff was awesome and recommended Jeff to me. Your "hidden fees" comments were extremely helpful. Its a buyers market and those fees are such bologna. I appreciate your writing about them, because I would never have guessed they were.
