| About: | Located near the trendy Quadrangle area of Dallas, The Gingerman was one of the first microbreweries to pop up in the area. In addition to the homebrewed flavors, there are 70 brands of beer on draft, as well as a countless number of bottled brands. The usually large crowd ranges in age from early twenties to late fifties. The back deck is a great place to enjoy that hard-to-find-beer while milling around the eclectic patronage. The Gingerman is a converted neighborhood house with a homey feel to it. Call ahead for hours. |

Always a nice place to hit: Been to the Gingerman Pub in Dallas several times now.
Not as good as the one in Houston, and alot better than the one in Austin.
Always a good place to go if you want to try out some beers. -

Beer, lots and lots of beer!: This is a classic and famous "beer bar". No mixed drinks here. They do have a small selection of wines. But the beer! My oh my. Over a hundred varietys. And staff actually knows a thing or two about each one. The "G-MAN" is a big 'ol wooden house wthe a front porch, back yard, stairs out there that lead to the second floor where you'll find a tiny bar and some sofas, COZY! Then, back down internal stairs to the main bar area, darts, juke and BEER! They have tons of BELGIANS! Grab a Duval and take it out to the beer garden out back and enjoy under a huge tree... ahhh... the gman.....
