These Crooks need to be shut down! I scheduled my exam in Nov to check if I’m a candidate for Lasik, At the end of the tests they told me that i was a candidate so they gave a written quote of what it will cost and scheduled a surgery for Jan 6th 2012 and a one week before appointment on Dec 28th 2011 to prepare for it. When i showed up to the Dec appointment the tech claimed that they have better pricing from what i was quoted before, she took my original written quote and gave me a new quote that was higher than the one I had before. When I ask why, she claimed that the tech that gave me the original quote made a mistake. I was furious, I refused to pay the new price and left. They wasted 3 days of my time that I took as time off from work and on top of all that I was going to use my flex account in which I allocated money before the start of the year just to do this, Now I have to make sure I use it before the end of the year or I will lose it.

Told I would only need reading glasses after cat surgury,they lied!! Then said I should have gotten THE CRISTALE lenses...Inaccurate eye exams,inept glasses svc. Botox injections a nightmare.Never more.
