| About: | This is a pleasant place to stop and eat after spending the day shopping and viewing art at the Quadrangle. Many neighborhood regulars come here, as well as a number of upscale diners from nearby Park Cities and Uptown. The Big Spring Chicken Plate is by far the most popular entree, though many order the Kimchi on Chips. Tasty pastas are also available. The bar area is well stocked with your favorite alcoholic drinks. |

A great lunch option or a good to go food place. Nice fast twists to the regular Tex-Mex fair.......
Favorite Salsa Spot: In the store for a quick snack? The queso is the best! Chips and SALSA always free, and the salsa is the best because one bite and its a flavor explosion in the mouth, without over doing it!
Tin Star, Always a good a lunch option: Tin Star is one of my favorite lunch places. Fast casual concept. Order at the counter and your food is brought to you. The quesadilla station at the door is a nice touch. The tacos are the star (I get the executive tacos) but I have had good salads there as well. Food is better than ok and relatively cheap. Not a great place for dinner nor for kids (although Preston Center East location is better in this regard).
