I make my comments regarding the McKinney location as there isn't a link to that specific location via Yahoo local search. I had more than one problem with the management at this location. On three back-to-back visits we had pathetic service and poor food. The second problem was addressed by the manager (who is now their district supervisor!) who brought out 3 different plates of food, said "which one of these is to your liking best?", and then made us aware that "contrary to popular belief, the customer isn't always right". This was the attitude that seems infused into that location and their wait/kitchen staff. To say that it's a corporate problem is an understatement. I contacted the corporate office in Allen only to have my problem dealt with by a lame e-mail response. No phone call!!!! I'd been going to Cafe Brazil locations since 1992 but have NOT been back since...and won't. Sad actually, I really like the product, the concept, and the atmosphere. BUT, I won't be treated that way when there are other restaurants of equal price but better service. For my money, better (ie. friendlier!) service and equally tasty food can be found elsewhere. My recent breakfast fav is The Original Pancake House in Plano. Good food, fantastic OJ, and the nicest 5'22" manager in Dallas!
