User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is terrible. I took my wife here tonight for her birthday and spent $202.00. It wasn't worth even $50.00! Service was slow. Our waiter completely messed up our order and brought us the wrong entrees for both of us. He then brought some other food but we had to wait so long. We will never be going back.

This place was like a dream, from the moment we stepped out of our car to the moment we left, everything was perfect. We went to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and booked the "Mansion Serenity" package. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. The spa treatment we had was incredible. We didn't visit the restaurant but we ordered room service. I must say that their food was really pricey but you really get what you pay for. It was a perfect weekend down to the last detail. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant at the Rosewood Mansion has quite a reputation and our expectations were very high. We spent $465 plus tip for dinner for three and we were severely disappointed. We waited 20 minutes past our reservation for our table. Each course was lukewarm. Service took almost 3 hours. We had to ask for water twice. The food was average. The waiter was really unattentive. The tables are so close together we could not be served properly. Management should visit Victoria & Albert's at the Grand Floridian or Aujourd'hui at the Four Seasons Boston to experience true five star dining.
