User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI purchased a piano from Jack Whitby Piano in 2003. They have tuned my piano several times with excellent results. The Whitby's packed up my Kawaii baby grand and moved it to their storage facility while we built a home in another town. They then moved my piano into the new home and then returned later to tune it. Jack Whitby Piano provides an excellent product for a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about Jack Whitby Piano. They are dependable and trustworthy!
