My dealings with Leo Griggs was/is NOT a pleasurable one. In fact I am still driving my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of the nasty taste the dealings with Leo Griggs and his team of liars at Park City Jeep left with me.
It took me joining a picket line in front of Part City Jeep to get Leo Griggs to agree to do what was already written in my purchase agreement. I have told my story to hundreds of people over the years in hopes of saving them from the same dealings I was forced to endure.
I Faxed this to Leo every day for a month and never received a return call before I joined the picket line. Then and only then, was Leo willing to step up and deal with several of us unhappy customers.
Why Customers Leave:
1% die,
3% move,
5% buy from a friends,
9% prefer the competition,
14% judge all like businesses due to one bad encounter and
68% leave because of indifference, rudeness, or lack of service from employees.
Leo it's now time to reap your karma. You made you bed, now you have to lie in it. The only victims here are the non-management employees and the few customers that were left. My best wishes to the employees.

I am soo sad and disappionted to see this exceptional dealership close. I purchased a couple of cars here and I have always trusted my vehicle to technician J.Prado. If you know his where abouts please post. I will miss all the service employees, Good Luck.
