User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBeware! this dealer did not keep the word, saleman and sale manager agreed the price and the options and accepted my deposit and waited for the arrival of the car , I came to pick up my new Honda, they backed out the deal. If you don't want to waste your time, think twice before you come.

I will never take my Honda car to this dealership again for service. They are very rude and have no intention to provide quality service.

I don't think thisperson was at Rusty Wallis Honda I have never hade any problem with the service department at Rusty Wallis Honda they have allways been respectfull and provided me with top notch service even when I come in with out an appointment.
I think the person knows where they were. If you had a good experience, maybe you were the only one, judging from the other reviews of the dealership.
