User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsToday was my first visit to Turner Hardware and I have to say, it won't be my last. They have everything you could ever want and it is a throw-back to the old time type hardware stores. Above all else, their customer service was outstanding. I recently spent two years with a major home improvement warehouse who "thought" they had a clue as to what customer service meant. They don't. Turners is professional and know what customer service means. Keep up the good work and put that big blue and big orange place in their place.

PLEASE use this hardware store whenever you can because they are a lifeline for when you need things the goliath stores don't have, and the smaller ACE hardwares don't have either. I will not go to another hardware store again.
After searching 3 hardware stores for a tap, I got blank stares and stupid questions from the helpers, who were polite but of no use whatsoever, and the stores didn't have what I needed anyway. Turner was like heaven, the lady pointed me to the right part of the store, and guy appeared who knew everything about threads and taps, and had a special tool to figure out what I needed, and then showed me 5 of them. And this was a very odd item I couldn't even find on the internet. I browsed the place and decided I could have saved a hundred hours over the last 3 years by using their specialty items in my projects instead of struggling with the other stores and the internet. They are the best secret in town for people who make or fix things.
