User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI purchased a two year old gently used 7 Series lease return from another dealership here in Dallas. I needed a few things done including scheduled service that was due. Living in Frisco I called Classic BMW on Spring Creek in Plano. They wanted what seemed like a lot of money to conduct the repairs. I called BMW of Dallas and spoke to a very nice Service Advisor. He let me know the prices and the repairs were much cheaper. After I took the car in they called and said they could cover it under warranty. Actually they came and picked it up and left me with a new 5 to try. Since then I've had them do other things and each time I'm surprised at the level of professionalism and value (I always call around to price check). When I buy my next BMW they have overwhelmingly earned my return business. I just can't say enough nice things about the service department. In a nut shell "CLASS ACTâ Thanks Richard Green for making it a pleasure to do business there. You have made it tough to go anywhere else. Great work!!!

Don't buy here: This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman knew less about the vehicle than I did.
I need to fight tooth and nail to get anything from the dealer. Things like a second car key and owner's manual needed to be negotiated. I've never even heard of that anywhere else.
Delivery was not good either. The vehicle was delivered dirty in spite of an extra expense for an 'appearance package'.
The vehicle needed repair less than a week after I bought it. I've been back three times in three months now for repairs.
Do yourself a favor and buy your cars elsewhere
