Being new to the area and reading many reviews on different garages and dealerships, I went with a recommendation found on the BBB website. The staff at Marshall Motors are very friendly and knowledgable. They show you, actually take you out to the auto bay with your car on a lift, what needs to be fixed (big plus). Their facility is clean and organized. They provide a transportation if you need to be somewhere and January is always polite and available to answer questions. I brought in my 2003 Toyota Tacoma for an oil change and mileage checkup and their prices and services are better than the local dealerships. I know this sounds like a plug from an employee or relative, but it is not. I would highly recommend them over a Toyota dealership.
I ve taken my Acura to Marshall Motors over the years for repair work as well as normal mainteance and have always been given honest, reliable and professional service. They are always available to help me with my drop off and pick up needs. When there have been items in need of repair, they clearly communicate the issue and help me in priortizing the items so that I can know which ones to address immediately and which ones I can budget to do later. I ve had repair items noted at a dealer s service center only to come to Marshall Motors and find out that over half of them were not accurate! My family is now in the process of buying a pre-owned vehicle and will be bringing it by Marshall Motors to do a pre-inspection before completing the purchase.
I have 3 vehciles, all imports, new old,and in between, but ALL of my cars love Marshall Motors as do I. We started going there about 2 years ago based on a recommendation of a friend. They do such a fantastic job of maintaining my cars I would never think of going elsewhere. I am just upset that my friend kept Marshall Motors a secret from me. I want everyone to know how great your service and care both before and after the work has been done. THANKS!
