Never been to this location before. I just called up there just to get an estimate on tie rods for my car and I was told that they don't even do this kind of repair. The guy was really rude to me on the phone about it and hung up on me. This is the second time I have called up there to get a price. They don't seem to care about their customers and have very poor customer service skills. Do not take your car to this location. If they are rude on the phone with people then you will most likely get your car back with more problems.

WORST EXPERINCE EVER. 1 STAR IS TOO HIGH!! I know that Pep Boys as a whole has really taken a turn for the worse in recent years, but this location is by far the worst customer service ever. I was there recently to rent a budget rental truck because they offer it at this location. The guy there told me that they didn't have the equiptment that I had reserved 3 weeks earlier, but I could take what they had. The truck smelled and the car dolly had torn straps. When I told him that the dolly was useless, he told me to call budget, and that it wasn't his problem. He was as rude as could be. I called Budget and they couldn't help me. I told the guy that I just wanted my money back and he told me that I was out of luck and that I had to get Budget to give me my money back. So here I am on the eve of a cross-country move without equiptment that I had just given him $750 for. I told him that I wanted to speak to a manager and was then told that he was in fact the general manager of the store... Seriously. I contacted Budget and after arguing with them and the guy for about 2 hours, finally they agreed to reverse the charges and I ended up going to UHaul for my needs. It still took about a week for me to get the charges reversed and the money to get back in my account. This is the worst location, and I will never go to a Pep Boys or Budget for anything. A big move is already stressful enough without the added stress of incompetent people with bad attitudes that get mad at you because they aren't doing their job right. Honestly, 1 star is too high. I would rate this place a negative 5 stars. WORST PLACE EVER!!!
