we just went for my b-day and it was horrible once we got sat down.
the waitresses( their was more than one ) were okay, but confusing. the chef did no tricks what so ever and when we asked he just laughed us off and said it was his first day. my friend ordered scallops w his meal and got 4, while the guy next to him got 8-10pcs, did he not know how to count? we did say something to the chef, again he just laughed.
then when the bill came we left a cash tip and the waitress saw a zero for the tip on the CC slip she said it was wrong and we needed to leave a tip;she even blocked us in so we could not get out. we did leave a tip; in cash!
we spoke to the manager and all he did was give me the $7.50 birthday cake w my picture on it ( it was dry anyway ) for free.
we have been to this resteraunt 3xs prior to this and this is the worst we have been treated or felt about the money we spent in there.

I flew down from California for spring break and Kobe Steaks was the first restaurant I ate at in Dallas, Texas. I wasn't looking forward about coming down here but now I will never regret coming here. The food is delicious. I went to Benihana two days later. Kobe Steaks is 10x better. I know that the managers will be looking at this review. Do me a favor and tell the chinese chick that worked two saturdays ago that I said hi. She has a cute smile.
