I went through the programs years back (LP134) and have used what I learned there to better my personal and professional life. Go through the programs, and if you don't like it, then write a bad review. Otherwise you might as well be writing a review on a wine based on its label.
Yes, drink the kool-aid. Xenu will be here shortly to take you to planet Nebulon. There you will feel better about yourself.
They are called psychiatrists, people. Unlike M3, insurance sometimes will cover the cost. Sad people. HAHAHA!
I have been involved with M3 since 1995. It was Lifespring then. I did all three trainings and became a coach several times. I moved away to get married and have recently moved back. I contacted them again to reconnect.
What I found with the training is that my life will never be perfect. But I did find the courage to leave a job I hated, leave a relationship that was dragging me down and was abusive. I was able to see how my thoughts were attracting the same thing over and over. It was not until I changed my thoughts that new things and new possibilites came into my life. I went back to school and am now taking steps to open my own business. Without the support of the friends I made there, I would have struggled for a lot longer to figure that out.
Someone was talking about the money, well, it was a lot, but not anymore than what my continued mistakes were costing me in my health and happiness. In a short period of time, I learned the skills to recognize and stop my self defeating behavior. That is priceless. I can't even count the thousands of dollars I would have spent on those mistakes.
Each person has a different experience. Mine was wonderful. I coached people who loved every minute and I coached people who dropped out screaming cult at the top of their lungs. We were all in the same room at the same time listening to the same program. I don't discount those who had a horrible experience. I can't say it did not happen for them like that. I also can't validate those who had a fantastic experience, I was not in their head. I can only share my experience and say I am stronger and more focused now than I was before the training. My husband did the trainings several years before we met, he had a wonderful experience and we gave each other permission to coach each other when something in our relationship was not working. We had the clarity to look at it head on and take responsibility for making changes, rather than playing the blame game. We are still best friends because of it.
So I agree that each person has their own experience based on their past. In all reality, some trainers are better than others and some coaches are better than others. But I have learned something from everyone I met there.
Bright blessings on everyone
