The service staff is prompt and friendly and the atmosphere is casual. User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsNot bad, I prefer Shuck N Jive or Dodies but not bad overall. The feel lacks a little bit of authenticity to me but the food is decent.

I had a bad experience at the arlington location. My family were eating and the waitress waste the whole tray of food and beverages on my son and the waitress didn't apoligize she went to the back and never returned, so then we asked to speak to the manager which took him awhile to come we then explained on what happen and he stated that he would take care of the bill, then the waiter who was waiting on us came out wuth a bill which we were told that it would be taken care of. He only removed what my son had eaten but from my understanding he stated that he would take care of the whole bill and we NEVER received an apology from the waitress whole wasted the tray on my son. My stepmom pay the remainder of the bill which I felt she didnt have to pay in the beginning. The manger's name was James Svinninl the customer service was very poor and he made other sarastic remarks towards the employee. Which I thought was very unprofessional. They didn't clean the mess up completely and water was still on the floor and his chair so my son couldn't sit down. So then we prepared to leave because it was very embrassing and other customer's were looking at us the whole time. We never raised our voice and we didn't show our frustration but I will not recommend this location to any of my friends are family.
