User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA RAY OF SUNSHINE in your store. JERRYLYN made my day saturday morning. We are finishing a house with items from your store, so it's a long list of ( pick up later items) and rather confussing. She knew what I needed at the stage we are at, printed me a list of items we have payed for and high lighted the ones we have already picked up. I gave her my cell no. thinking that it would take a while to gather it all up.There was a young Af. Am. man (please excuse, I didn't get his name) that is very proficiant that had it all gathered up and ready to load before I got very for down the road. I returned and Jerrylyn and I loaded it and I went on my merry way. You are lucky to have two employes like that.

I go into this Lowe's store on a regular basis. Each time I am greeted pleasantly. I am known by my first name by a few of the employees. I never have a problem finding what I need.
