I didn't realize the cockroach was in my hamburger until I took a bit into my mouth and realize that something else was in my mouth. when I talk with the manager it wasn't that big of a deal to her. --

Best hamburgers ANYWHERE!! Ive travelled quite a bit and never found anything as good as Randys. Recently i travelled back to Mt Pleasant for a funeral and top of my list to do while i was back there was enjoy a Randys and it was just as good as always. Great place!!!!

Service was sucks The ground beef in the hamburger patties however was poor quality. 4 bone chips in 3 burgers my kids and I had in one sitting is hard on your teeth and a real turn off ! on the other hand just to be fair maybe it was a bad beef or something -

the fries are delcioussss. Hamburgers can be just a tad greasy but, hey who doesn't like a greasy hamburger!

THE FOOD THEIR IS ALWAYS COLD AND NINE TIMES OUT OF TEN IT ISNT EVEN THE RIGHT ORDER. WAY OVER PRICED AND THE SERVICE THEIR TAKES FOREVER. THAT IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE A CHEESE BURGER TAKES A HOUR

I'll give you one advice, ASK THEM WHERE THEY STORE THE FOOD.
We have new information about the restaurant shut down by the Health Department. ... Two workers at the randy's burgers tested positive for Hepatitis A ...
Last nite while dining in randy's burgers a cockroach crawled across the wall next to my companions shoulder....not a particularly pleasant experience. We discretely stepped away from our table, called over the closest restaurant employee :( and he disposed of the critter into a linen napkin. We had received our entrees yet and decided to stay and finish our meals. On my way out , I talked to the person behind the counter about what had happened. there was the cup with the bug in it (wonder why?) I left my name and number for the owner/higher manager and have yet to get a call...I will not return there again. I did notify the Health Inspector she informed me they would inspect the ice and do a report.
