User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMy second favorite BBQ place in the longview area after Carter's BBQ. Big Dave's strength lies in variety of sides and delicious sauce. The brisket is pretty good (not amazing) and I do like their ribs quite a lot.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIf you go here, you will be spoiled.: While living in Kentucky, I would often drive to Nashville for the BBQ; I like the stuff that much. A friend took me to Big Dave's and I had to give my favorite place in Nashville a chance to refresh my memory. Short answer: No contest. Big Dave's is the best I've eaten. I'd eat there every day if I wasn't watching my weight!
