    I get take out here all the time. Very moist and really the best BBQ in the Longview area. When out of town guests come, Carter's always helps me out so I don't have to stay in the kitchen, get to socialize and receive raves about the wonderful BBQ. Thanks Carter's!

    Some of the best BBQ in East Texas highly suggest this for their Ribs. You wont be dissapointed if you like BBQ

    they get all the stars nothing beats Carters BBQ.. I have eaten BBQ it all my life it great.. I would suggest anyone go to there at least once.
