User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely hands down the best fried Catfish to have ever passed through my lips...and I don't mean maybe. Cooked to order, and the prices cannot be beat. I'm a Hot Shot driver, and whenever I get anywhere near there, I detour to Johnny's on the way back. One other thing, a couple of visits ago an elderly black gentleman came in an ordered up some livers to go, and he instructed them to cook 'em soft, real soft. I asked him about that while we setting on the bench waiting for our food to come out, and he said if you didn't overcook them, they wouldn't get bitter. I hadn't thought about that, but I have had more than a few slightly bitter chicken livers in my day, so I tried an order like his, and he was right. Perfect chicken livers.
