Butcher Shop is good, but certainly not the best. The girl at the checkout counter was rude and very ugly. We had a group of us going there for a birthday party, and we stayed back from the burger counter becuase we did NOT know what we wanted. She immediately demanded to know what we want and even said to another couple "I will go ahead and take ya'lls order since you are the only ones paying attention!" She better be glad I didn't slap her when I walked up. She acted like we didn't know what came with what. I was nice and polite, but she is definentely a cataylyst to the problem with the Butcher Shop. I won't recommend it unless they just want to go there for the food. They need to get it together and fire that chick or they will continue to lose customers.
The food is good but pricey and then you have to eat a 12 dollar steak on a plastic paper type plate which takes away from the overall value of the food in my opinion. I know some people just love this place and the burgers are good but not worth driving a long distance just to eat here. The deserts are awesome and if you are there you should try them
Pretty good burger & chicken fried steak. This place is great for informal get togethers.
