We are committed to the human-animal bond by providing the highest standards of pet health care and education available. It means that we emphasize prevention as well as healing. We dedicated ourselves to improving the quality of life for each patient by providing the highest level of medical services along with unsurpassed compassionate care. We provide a full range of medical and surgical services available to ensure every pets health.Our facility is inspected and certified by AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) to ensure that your pet receives the best health care available. We are the only AAHA accredited hospital in the surrounding area. Accredited hospitals are inspected by trained practice consultants to ensure they meet AAHAs high standards in 12 specific areas. This includes: surgery and anesthesia, dentistry, pain management, patient care, radiology services, pet medical records, staff continuing education, client service, housekeeping and maintenance.Extensive training for our staff is ongoing with our staff members participating in outside continuing education, as well as internal classes and cross-training. Our way of practice centers around respect, teamwork, professionalism and education. All of our veterinarian technicians are certified and accredited.In addition to our veterinary services, we also provide boarding facilities for your pets. We provide a clean, safe place for your pets to stay. Each kennel technician is trained to recognize the signs of pet illness and follow protocols to ensure that medical care is provided.We also provide full grooming services for your pets. We will trim and fluff your pet to look his or her best. We will trim nails, clean ears and use medicated shampoos when needed. We will talk with you to get the specifics of how you want your pet groomed.

I have used vets for dogs, horses and alpacas and I have enjoyed my relationship with Dr K the most. His techs, Sarah Jane and Holly are great. His kennel manager Cheryl is wonderful. When I say all, I mean a total of over 15 personal pets and countless fosters and rescues. As long as Dr. K is practicing he will treat my animals. His clinic is VERY busy but I always receive personal attention. His staff is friendly and do their very best accommodate every person who walks through their door. I am HUGE Kimbrough Animal Hospital fan!! -
