HI!!!
I moved here from New York in January because my husband is stationed at Barksdale AFB. You opening here has been the best part of living in Shreveport!! I eat there all the time! The first time we came in Steve was there and was so great! Hearing where he was from was great for me! I'm from Franklin Square!! Your pizza is just like being at home! We were in there recently when we met Joseph, who was also great! (My cousin from NJ is here and i told her she had to eat your pizza to fee like home..and it worked!) He told us about the promotion email we can sign up for and i cant wait to do it! Also, just to let you know..i will be eating the entire 28' pie! I cant wait for the contest to start!
Bottom line, your place is great. Such a great staff. Besides the two owners, your staff is just as kind and friendly. Every time we are there it has been a pleasure to talk to everyone who works there. Please keep up the great service!!!

I LOVE PIETRO'S!!! Me and my girlfriend go there all the time!! We ate there the past two nights for dinner. The food is AMAZING!! The atmosphere is out of this world!! I have not had anything that was not delicious from Pietro's! When they include the word passion into their slogan, you can tell what they mean when you go in to eat there. All the employees are extremely nice and even the owner is behind the counter cooking and working his butt off to make sure that your food is prepared the right way! I HIGHLY recommend the meat sauce for any application. Everything taste so fresh and it is so good. I have not been to the Longview location, but I am a regular at the Bossier city location. Tonight I even got to meet Pietro himself. Go eat at Pietro's. The prices are low compared to other restaurants on the Boardwalk. We need to give this place all the business it can handle. It needs to stay!!

I am an employee at Pietro's that has been working at the Longview location since August 27, 2008.
I would just like to thank everyone for their great reviews and kindness on behalf of the whole staff and the owner's.
Pietro's truly is a great environment to work in and serve others.
Pietro's was my first job and I couldn't have asked for a better employer.
