Vaughan's Catfish Restaurant

Hi, Ive eaten many times at Vaughan's having a deer camp close, Imagine the hunger that 6 men working all day on deer feeders, stands and planting food plots can muster, well Vaughan's took care of that on several occassions.

Meanwhile on the other hand my girlfriend and I go camping at the deer camp all year long and she enjoys the nice meal and atmosphere of the restraunt, packing a nice dress in the summer and bathing in the creek or in the camper before heading to Vaughan's she is excited about the fun of camping in the woods yet enjoying a superb restraunt and meal.

Myself I have never experienced poor service, nor any of the so called waiting games afore mentioned.

Both steaks and seafood are wonderful and make sure to try all the condiments.

Deer hunters take note, an evening at Vaughan's with the wife sure makes GREAT BROWNIE POINTS if you take her to deer camp and she is not a hunter, so pack a clean pair of jeans and dress shirt or go all out and dress up nice either way you will not go wrong.

The fish is pretty good. While it is supposed to be "all you can eat", more often than not, it turns into some type of waiting game with the staff to see if you will give up and not request any more. If they don't want to serve more, don't call and charge for "all you can eat".

Fish, beans, and more: The fish is very good, but you should try the steak. It is really good, one of my favorites.
