A hybrid fast food/table service kind of place with really good catfish! The catfish is dredged into a dry cornmeal mix and then deep fried, farm-raised fish, by the way.

A full meal comes with pinto beans (really good), green tomato relish (I say awesomely good, my kid says yuck) (and yes, I can eat everybody's relish, no problem), french fries (good as fries go) and hush puppies (totally gross, tasteless with an offensive texture, we call 'em the bullets and even the dog won't eat 'em.).

You can also get non-catfish food, chicken tenders and shrimp and I'm not sure what all, I've never ordered anything but the delicious catfish. There's pie (never tried) or fried apple sticks (good) for dessert. Standard drink menu, and you can also get just fish and fries, or just fish in a "family meal" sort of setup (also other sides).

One of these days I'm gonna buy me one of the jars of green tomato relish, then sit and eat it with a spoon all the rest of the way to Little Rock. I did buy a jar and take it as my culinary contribution for Thanksgiving dinner one year, Unfortunately (for me) most of my extended family loves it as much as I do and I barely got any.

From order placing at the counter to someone serving you your food at your table runs between five and 10 minutes. Servers wander to refill your soda and get you more condiments (tartar sauce, catchup, stuff like that). This makes a surprisingly good "eat while you drive" meal, considering the fish is fried, it sure isn't greasy. Get one of the "fish only" family meal items and you've got it made. Just don't trust the family dog to stay in the backseat where he KNOWS he has to stay, if you've got an open container of fish in the passenger seat. Trust me on this one.
