User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey were almost an hour late for our initial wedding flower appointment. Promised email estimate within 3 days. After 4 days they left phone message to say their email was down and to give them a call. I work (without phone access) during their business hours, which I explained to them at our first appt) so emailed them again, figuring their email couldn't be down for more than 5 days! Explained phone won't work for me, please email as soon as it comes back up; followed up with a phone call on weekend, again requesting email estimate. Never heard back from them. Lousy customer service. Don't recommend.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGolly Gee Willickers...: Best flowers in Tyler... a little pricey but worth it... they do amazing work, no question... I spent about $60 and I was totally blown away with what she did in less that 5 mins... pretty pretty pretty...
