Moritz BMW

Moritz is actually the BEST BMW dealership in the DFW region. I have had great experience with them and cannot even think someone can find fault with their SERVICE and SALES people.
First class operation. I read a previous review and had to submit this because personally I think that person is a "Classic" plant in this system. Anyone who buys BMW knows they don't need the extended warranty with such a fantastic maintenance free warranty, best in the industry.

I would not recommend buying a BMW from Moritz. My service experiance has been terrible. I spent an extra $2100.00 for an extended service plan and getting them to honor it has been a nightmare. Try Classic in Plano. I've purchased from them, as well, with much better results

My family has purchased 7 BMW's from Moritz and the last two encounters we had with turning in our leased vehicles to Moritz were horrible. They were rude and any communications to get problems resolved with turning in the leases have been horrible. We would never purchase another vehicle from Moritz even if it means driving out-of-town. When you ask customer service for a manager to assist you with your problem, they are not allowed to give out that information. So, I can only assume that Moritz is allowing it's employees to run their reputation in the ground. We have since purchased another BMW from a Dallas source and have been very happy with their service so far.
