Dr. Tran and his entire staff are wonderful. I worked in the medical field for many years, and have been a patient with a complicated medical history for many, many more, so I speak from long experience - this physician's office is one in a million. Even though I am now disabled, on Medicare, and have limited financial resources, Dr. Tran and his staff members have treated me with the very same respect and consideration they afford every other patient. Everyone is genuinely courteous, compassionate, helpful, competent, patient, efficient, kind, and respectful and deserving of the trust their patients place in them. They are never condescending or dismissive, and all exemplify the very highest standards of professional and ethical conduct; they have never made me feel like a "second-class citizen," or that they are doing me a favor by seeing or speaking to me, or that I am a nuisance and imposing on their time as, unfortunately, so many doctors and their staff members do these days because they just cannot grasp the simple concept that the patients are the job. Every exam Dr. Tran and his assistants perform is meticulously thorough, and every step is explained along the way; nothing is left to supposition or speculation. Dr. Tran takes the time to really listen and notate your history and symptoms, to explain his findings and make certain that you understand them, to discuss with you any further necessary and appropriate diagnostic testing, consultations with other specialists, and/or medication regimens, as well as the details of his intended treatment plan, and to answer any and all of your questions. Honestly, Dr. Tran and his staff provide the high quality of medical care and respectful treatment that every patient should be able to expect to receive from any health-care provider in any discipline.

After a mediocre experience at a mall store, I was very pleased with the level of medical care and glass fitting I got from Dr. Tran and his staff!

I was diagnosed with Glaucoma in 2007. I have been very pessimistic about my eye diseaes. Dr. Huy Tran performed eye-testing on me very carefully. Dr. Tran explained to me very well about my eye disease. I have asked Dr. Tran many questions about Glaucoma, and Dr. Tran does not mind taking time to answer my questions. On one occassion, I walked into Dr. Tran's office without appointment, he did not mind spending time to answer my questions for a while. Moreover, I am low-income, and at some period of time duirng treatment, I did not have Health Insurance, Dr. Tran voluntarily charged me a very nominal fee, even in an appointment for eye surgery, Dr Tran works conscientiously while he charges me just a nominal fee due to my financial difficulty. Dr. Tran is a conscientious physician, with great compassion whom I am alway beholden to. I would like to thank Dr. Huy Tran for his compassion and conscience and highly professional skilled treatment. Patient T.D., Arlington, Texas
