I really enjoy them plus Sondrea, Jennifer & Kevin and I appreciate what they do for my family..its like home everytime we walk in. Thanks for such a great loving and caring staff..it means alot. Each phone call we make to schedule appointments, they know us by name and acknowledge us when we enter the bldg. It is appreciated so much

Dr. Joki was recommended to me by a neighbor,a nd I am extremely grateful. Dr. Joki is so kind, patient, and thorough. My daughter has also seen both nurse practitioners, Leslie and Lisa, and I have complete trust in them as well. I have never had a problem scheduling appts, and the ladies who handle insurance issues are friendly and understanding, too. (and that is NOT usually the case for people who handle that aspect of medicine, in my experience!) Great office---I am so glad my daughter's medical care is in such good hands.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy daughter's doctor from birth moved away, and I was worried about finding another doctor as good as him and that practiced with Cook Children's as well. I was refered to Dr. Joki by my sister in law who has taken her two kids to him and loved him. So recently, I took my 5yr. old daughter to him for the first time. Although I did not get to see Dr. Joki I did get to meet one of his NP's I liked her very much and the whole office seemed to be very nice. My daughter liked her as well. I am definately making him my daughter's primary physician. His team gets 5 stars from me.

I had the same experience as you. To be honest, I felt that a new patient should have met the actual physician who would be in charge of their care. That being said, Leslie was very caring and took my daughter's asthma very seriously. *Since the office moved it is ridiculously hard to get through to them on the phone.
