User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis guy is a nice guy, but he can't repair a shoe to save his business! He quoted me a fair price I thought so I gave him a try. I took a pair of Florsheim dress shoes to have the leather soles and leather and rubber heels replaced. A)He replaced leather soles with Vibram brand foam rubber soles and heels. It looked like something Frankenstein would wear, I'm not kidding.(@&*%$!@%&) B)Because they were glued, not stitched, they began splitting and seperating 2 months later. (by the way, I had only wore them 7/8 times because they were so ugly) I took them back to him to explain that I was not happy with the material or his workmanship! He told me that he used the Vibram because I didn't specify to use leather again. Let's see, if they came in with leather on em......
anyway, all he would offer me was to REGLUE! the same soles. That I must be hard on shoes or something, because he's never seen that glue fail before. I realized I was talking to a person who knows nothing in the art of satisfaction to the customer. So I turned around and walked away. You would do the same if you were smart. His lack of quality work and overall lack of knowledge is unbeleivable. I'll tell you though, I've never seen a pair of shoes shine like they did when I picked them up. Must be one heck of a shoe shine man!!! I haven't looked for or found a good shoe cobbler in Arlington yet. I just went out and bought myself another pair of shoes!

Noreastern cheaters you were write. I read your review when I was looking for a shoe repair shop and thought....well maybe that was her experience. I even told him that he got a bad review online and he was like "Well you can't please everybody". Anyway I took my shoes up there against better advice and I am calling over two weeks later asking where are my shoes. He asks me for a ticket number and I tell him and I don't have a ticket number I only have a receipt showing that I paid for service. He says that he can not take my name as proof or look it up. Furthermore he talks to me like I am retard. So I went on Dr. Sole Shoe Repair Inc and complained. I am yet to here back. Anybody reading this...DO NOT GET YOUR SHOES REPAIRED HERE...IF YOU DO YOU WILL PROBABLY GO TO JAIL FOR TRYING TO KILL THIS MAN!!!!
