    I'm thinking that I made a mistake changing to Dr. Bergstrom. I had my yearly exam over a month ago, my blood work over 3 weeks ago and I still don't have my test results. The doctor is nice. The nursing staff and office staff do not seem to have a sense of urgency about much of anything. I'm not why they are not giving me my results. Are they lost or am I sick? I don't know after a month of waiting.

    Never again - and my daughter and I changed doctors.

    Wait Time In Waiting Room - 2 hours
    Wait Time in Patient Room - 30+ minutes

    I told the staff about the overbooking twice (both times I walked out). They just did their normal routine of apologizing, etc. If you decide to go, bring a pillow, a snack, and your cell phone. What happened to "first do no harm"? I left their feeling worst than when I came, and I was never seen by the doctor.

    Dr. Bergstrom is the most caring OBGYN I've ever had. She is caring and is personal. You can't find a better Doctor.
