My first trip to June's was after I got tired of waiting for another store to get in a simple black leotard and pink tights. I called the studio my daughter dances at and they recommend that I try June's, even though they are an hour out. I was blown away by their selection- and it was instock! Not only did I find a ton of dancewear for my teen daughter, but I even found gymnastic leotards for my younger daughter and an ice skating dress for my niece! I now do not even bother with the dance store that is closest to us. I would recommend June's to anyone!
June's has everything! Tons of cool dance clothes. Unlike the other stores Ive been to, they have a lot of fashion dancewear- not just black and pink stuff. I found some great outfits for my auditions at Tremaine! Fun shirts, shorts, leotards, really awesome colored tights and neon legwarmers to. Though my studio is really close to another store, they just dont have a lot of clothes for auditions or performances. My mom and I make always make a trip out to June's to buy our dance outfits and shoes!
In the past I've danced with Dallas Desperados, Fort Worth Flyers, and this year I am hoping to be a Cowboys Cheerleader. I've always found the greatest selection for audition outfits like bootie shorts (hot pants) and bra tops are at June's. They have more than the store in Dallas does, plus you wont look like every other girl in black booties shorts and bra tops! Besides basic colors, they have glitter material, neon colors, and several different styles and cuts. You can tell that they have been helping girls with auditions for years, because they are really knowledgeable! They even have signed poster and such from the girls who make the teams hanging up in their store. I would totally recommend this store!
