About:	Owner/chef Tony Fukushima brings his experience from Benihana, Beverly Hills to trendy Arlington. He surely knows how to entertain guests through his cooking. The restaurant is children-friendly and the service is fast. Meals at Hibachi 97 include succulent grilled shrimp appetizer, your choice of meat, soup or salad, rice and grilled vegetables.
