I got an extended warranty and found out that the cars are always kept over night and sometimes they give a specific time and you arrive and guess what, they havent even looked at it,however they will not give you a rental even with extra coverage they always have a way to get more money out of you.Im never taking my car their again, and its a mistake to try and get any other " Extended Services" Not to mention they are extremely rude on the phone.
I purchased a vehicle through the internet dept. and had a wonderful experience..Had my car a year and have not had one issue
The Service Department at Bankston Dodge on I-20 leaves a great deal to be desired. My 2003 Dodge Durango, purchased from this dealership has had 5 brake jobs in 4 years. The last brake job was at 133,000 miles; just 13,000 miles from the one done at 120,000 by this dealership. This is terrible.
Laste Thursday I took the Durango in for AC Service, an Oil Change, and Tires rotated. I felt like the work would take overnight, so we called on Friday to find that NOTHING had been done to my car. It not been looked at in the 24 hours since I dropped it off. I was upset and told the Dealership to leave my car outside and I would take is somewhere else. I drove 1 1/2 blocks away to Goodyear, who immediately pulled in my car; performed the Oil Change and rotated the tires and informed my AC required replacement. They got the parts and replaced the AC by noon the next day and my car was ready to be picked up. I was more than happy to pay the $801.00 for my vehicle repair, given the Customer Serivce I received. This was the last straw, as I will NEVER return to Bankston Dodge Service for ANY maintenance, nor will I ever purchase from there again. American made cars are becoming mechanical problems, but this is nothing compared to Customer Service. I nor my wife, nor any of my 5 children (of which 2 are driving age) will ever purchase a Dodge again, thanks to Bankston. Way to go guys, driving away Customers; while driving up the cost of cars..

I'd wonder why Goodyear wasn't busy and charged so much...
Oh and ps...seems slightly ridiculous for a whole family not to purchase a Dodge because of one service dept..If vehicles are maintained well enough you shouldn't have to have them serviced so often..might want to consider it's on your shoulders as to why you're having so many issues with your brakes.
Kara, dont try to take up for a dealership with terrible customer service and a terrible product. I too will never own another dodge/chrysler. Nor will my wife. The world is full of families that will never own a Dodge/Chrysler. Thats why the company is Bankrupt! Nobody should ever do ANY services at ANY dealership. You will save hundreds of dollars going to an independent, like a Kwik Kar. Thats what we use. Kwik Kar of Burleson! The BEST customer service you'll ever see. Fast, freindly, and honest. Something dealerships no nothing about!
