User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI really do not believe that this will do any good but I feel that I should write this for anyone else who may look at this with thoughts of buying anything at this location. I am a Hispanic Catholic Priest. I entered this store with the intent to BUY an I Mac computer. There were some questions that I needed to ask concerning these computer. When I got to the display area for I Mac, I stood there and I started to play with one of the I Macs in order to understand it. I waited and waited and waited, no one would wait on me. Then a girl with her father came to the computer next to where I was and a female representative came and started to explain and answer questions. I though, well after they are finished she would wait on me. I was wrong, she spoke with them for a second and they left so the female representative left with me standing there. Let me reiterate that I WAS GOING TO BUY A COMPUTER, I may buy one yet but not from these people.

This is about a sorry location. today July 27 I went to this store to do business with them. it was a Rainy morning. I arrived 15 minutes before they opened just in time to see all of the employees arriving. And watched at they took all of the front parking spaces and all the parkings spaces next to the doors. WHAT SORRY CUSTOMER CARE.. the employees show that they are more important then the customers are. That they have the right to be dry and take up all the Best customer parking. and then you have to love the Geek VW parked in the handicap parking. *** BEST BUY WHERE THE EMPLOYEE ALWAYS COME FIRST *****
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI worked here for 4 years in the late 90's/early 00's, and it seems the store is not what it used to be when I went there recently. It does look cooler than it used to, but the employees are less knowledgable.
