Use to be a cool. My waitress, this really cute little blonde named "Sunny", completely ignored me the whole night. Well by night I mean the 20 minutes I was there. I left after paying a hefty $5.50 for my beer and left. I left no tip and don't plan to ever return.

good food, smokey environment, nice service: I had a 2 for 1 coupon and was lured into this place. As we got out of our card and walked toward bentley's my wife asked me,"Are we going in there?" I calmed her by letting her know her plate would be free. This is an odd review for me because i liked this place. This place feels more like a bar than a restaurant and is saturated in smoke. Even at 2:30pm. The food and service was great and they even had pasta plates. By the looks of the place I thought they would only offer me a burger and fries. The menu had more variety than this. It was a good 1 time deal. When I think about returning I don't because whatever your wearing will reak with smoke fumes for the rest of the day after you leave.

Good Food, Great Drink, but smoky: JR Bentley's has been a UTA hangout for close to 30 years. They've got good, simple food (burgers, fries sandwiches, etc.) a wide variety of libations (over half a dozen beers and ales on tap). But because they refuse to comply with local smoking ordinances no one under 18 is allowed in. If you don't mind a bit of cigarette smoke - it's a great place. It you can't handle smoke - don't bother coming in.
