About:Catfish Sam's is known for the best catfish.This restaurant is run by the Lester family, who have won several 'Texas Restaurant Association' blue ribbons. Juicy, fork-tender catfish is prepared in the famous southern style with cornmeal breading. Other entrees include chicken-fried steak, shrimp, clam strips, chicken strips and fried pickles (a Southern delicacy).
